VP Nellie reminded the secretary that the Martha Marlowe plaque at Department Headquarters needed to be updated with winner’s names. We still have gaps (2013/14, 2015-2018 and 2020-2023) in the names of awardees that we are trying to fill. If you are aware of who received the awards during those years, please let Denise know. VP Nellie shared that she has minutes/notes from the missing years since she was the WHA President
during that time. Denise asked that she please share those notes so we can have a complete history. (It is possible for VP Nellie to bring her notes to Portage to be scanned into the records.)

Morris made a motion to investigate the possibility of establishing a WHA website at an estimated cost of $200.00. Greg seconded the motion, and it was approved.

Denise made a MOTION to talk with the Museum and Learning Center (which is located inside the Department Headquarters in Portage) Board to see if they have a wish list that the Rosemarie Pitz account may be able to help with, seconded by Michelle Leick-Leurquin and carried.
